At your first appointment Lisa will document your full health history and identify your current lifestyle and dietary habits. To aid this, bring a list of any medication and supplements you are currently taking and any recent medical test results you have.
After assessing diet, lifestyle and environmental factors, a treatment plan is established tailored to your specific needs.
